Inflammation of vessels inflammatory process causes damage to the vessel wall and fibrinoid necrosis lumen becomes narrow or total occlusion happens due to thrombosis -causing tissue ischaemia and necrosis clinical manifestation depends on (a) size of the vessel involved for e,g small , medium and large (b) one or many organs involved ( c ) site of involvement
